Since the system was already working and all of sudden is causing issues for you I suspect that you may be pulling too much solar power for your battery bank causing an overcharge error or a separate system, like your alternator is also charging your battery bank and causing a voltage spike which would also cause a flashing error. One way to test this is to cover up your panels and use your battery bank to power something for a bit and see if the voltage drops and the error clears.

That is certainly an odd or rather uncommon issue that you described. The only thing I can really think of would be power back feeding on the trailer battery charge wire. However, this would only really cause an issue if this wire was not ran to the positive terminal on the tow vehicle's battery. I went ahead and investigated this issue, and I discovered that if the controller of the Go Power Solar Panel # 34282610 continuously blinks on and off with all icons, the # 34280503 controller is receiving a battery voltage that is too high (over 15.5 volts). So I believe one of a couple things has occurred. I would first check to see where they tied the solar panels controller into. This should have been tied directly into the battery itself. They may have connected it before the battery charge controller so that is causing the 12V power to flow in both directions back to the truck and into the camper.
Second the Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1225D (or similar) could be damaged internally causing power to flow both directions.

The first thing you should do is check is to make sure you have the wiring correct and not reversed. The white wire should be grounded and black to 12 volt power. There are a number of things it could be but the first thing to check is how your batteries are connected. Since they are 6V batteries you want them wired in series so that they become a 12V system. Check out the attached photos to see the difference between parallel and series wiring for batteries.

I recommend the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger # 331-BCDC1250D, the main reason for this is controlled current draw. By using a BCDC, this charge current will be regulated to a specific amount. The current draw from the starting battery would be limited to 55-58amps.
The BCDC should be mounted no further than 5 feet from the batteries it is charging. This ensure the output voltage is not effected by voltage drop.

The first thing I recommend checking is that your Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 is set to electric over hydraulic brake mode. This controller is compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes, but it does need to be switched to this mode for it to work properly.
